The results show that the concept of changing gender roles will affect the equity of payment, when the concept becomes more traditional; women suffered greater loss on payment, and when the concept becomes more equal, the difference in income between men and women will become smaller. The young men are rarely thinking about roles difference; however, more and more traditional ideas are coming to them when they are getting older and older. Many people now recognize that pay inequality is not simply an economic phenomenon. It hides an important psychological mechanism behind.
